With all orders: We usually fill orders within three business days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will do our best to notify you when the complete order will be shipped. Yes, we will ship partial orders at your request, at no additional cost to you.
Domestic orders: You can choose from "standard" shipping (5 to 8 days) or "expedited" shipping (2-3 days to the continental US and 3 to Hawaii and Alaska).
Military personnel: Yes, we will gladly ship to an APO/FPO address. Please call (the number is below) or drop us a note for details.
Canadian customers: Yes, we will also ship to Canada via USPS. Service is First Class Mail International Parcel for shipments under 4 lbs. and Priority Mail International over 4 lbs; call or drop us a note for details about expedited shipping. You may be assessed duty, customs, and/or taxes by Canada Post upon delivery.
