Shipping We ship all of our lunchboxes and contents via UPS. You have ground, 2nd day or 3 day select options. We normally ship within three business days of receiving your order; if any products are backordered we will let you know when we expect to ship.
If you live in the vicinity of Eugene, Oregon, you also have the option of selecting "no shipping, I'm local" and we will contact you directly to make pickup or dropoff arrangements.

Ordering

Ordering We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal here on the website. We also accept personal checks, and will ship after receipt of the check.

I really try and avoid recycling cardboard boxes...

I really try and avoid recycling cardboard boxes... What's that? you say.   Yes indeed, I see no point in recycling a perfectly good cardboard box that can be re-used many times over, and in my company headquarters I receive a lot of great cardboard boxes.  You might like knowing this when you order because when you receive your beautiful new lunchbox it may be in a cardboard container that has some other company name on it.  Please - pass it on! The same goes for the plastic bag your order will arrive in as well - I'd avoid them if I could, but I feel better knowing that if the cardboard box takes a header into a puddle your lunchbox will still reach you clean and dry.  The bag is polyethylene and great for groceries, and at the end of its useful life will still be recyclable.

This is our overriding goal: We want you to be completely satisfied with your lunchbox purchase.
 
If within one year of purchase you find any defects in materials or workmanship of the lunchbox, ice pack, drink bottle, or condiment jar we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Please return the defective lunchbox with a note indicating the defect to:

If, within 90 days of purchase date you wish to return the lunchbox we will gladly refund your purchase price.  Please return to the address above the unused portions of the lunchbox, proof of purchase anda note indicating where you purchased the lunchbox.  Sorry, if the lunchbox or any items included in the lunchbox have been used, we cannot accept them for returns.
Please note that this warranty excludes normal wear and tear; repair or replacement due to defects in materials or workmanship is at the discretion of Good Sense Design LLC, whose decision is final.
 
The Lock&Lock containers offer their own warranty. Please refer to the enclosed literature for details.
